Our Journey Began with Lucky

In 2017, our journey began with a golden retriever puppy—our most handsome boy, Lucky. From the moment we brought him home, he wasn’t just a pet—he was family. We wanted the very best for him, especially when it came to grooming, so we set out to find a place that could offer him the care, comfort, and safety he deserved.

But what we found was shocking. Every groomer we visited was the same—cramped spaces, a stifling, unpleasant smell, and hair floating everywhere. Dogs ran loose, regardless of temperament. The moment we handed Lucky over at reception, we were rushed out the door, left anxious and helpless until we could finally pick him up.

Then came the worst part: the cages. Cold, metal, isolating. Each time we picked him up, his eyes were filled with fear, his body tense from the trauma. This wasn’t grooming—this was neglect.

And that’s when it hit us—something had to change.
